Rehabilitation Consultant Role

We are seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Consultant to support the return to wellness of Australian Defence Force (ADF) personnel.

About the Job

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop a return to wellness plan
  • Implement and monitor rehabilitation plans through effective case management
  • Conduct initial assessments and perform site reviews

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
  2. Utilize strong clinical reasoning to inform decision-making

Necessary Qualifications:

  • Current unrestricted registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
  • Tertiary qualifications in Nursing
  • Experience in Case Management
