This is a dynamic DC (distribution Centre/warehouse) position that is not located in the store.

As a DC Picker/Packer, you will be a key member of the glamaCo team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Your success will be measured by your ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, maintain accurate inventory management systems, and contribute to a safe and productive workplace.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pick and pack customer orders with precision and attention to detail
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve operational goals and objectives
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and organized warehouse environment
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Basic mathematical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to lift and move items up to 25kg
  • Availability to work a minimum of 5 days per week, including weekends and public holidays
