At the forefront of community lifestyle development, we are seeking a seasoned expert to spearhead our expansion into new greenfield projects in NSW. As Senior Development Manager, you will be instrumental in driving strategic project management and community engagement.

This exciting opportunity is part of our dynamic business that operates in the rapidly evolving market of holiday parks and residential communities across Australia. With a portfolio of diverse assets employing over 1,400 professionals, we are poised for continued growth and success.

  • You will oversee and project manage current and proposed projects, encompassing manufactured housing estates and land lease community models.
  • Your expertise will be pivotal in delivering projects within agreed parameters, ensuring compliance with approved specifications.
  • You will lead tender and construction processes, selecting external consultants as required.
  • Through close collaboration with internal or external teams, you will coordinate sales and marketing efforts for each project.
  • You will utilize Estate Master to develop feasibility models and provide ongoing reporting on cash flows and completion costs.
  • Monthly project development reports will be your responsibility, tracking forecasted completion costs against budget and adopted feasibility.

About You
  • Prior experience in manufactured housing estates and land lease community models is highly desirable.
  • A strong industry network and ability to source opportunities off-market would be advantageous.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in financial modeling.
  • Proficiency in Estate Master development software and experience with planning application and approval processes.
