Children's Development and Learning Leader

The role of an Educational Leader in a Outside School Hours Care setting involves leading the development and implementation of educational programs that promote children's well-being, development, and learning.
This position requires effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with parents, staff, and other stakeholders. The successful candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of child development, attachment, and learning theories, as well as evidence-based best practices in teaching and learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement educational programs that align with approved learning frameworks
- Lead and mentor educators to improve their practice and extend children's learning and development
- Liaise effectively with parents, staff, and other stakeholders to ensure a collaborative and supportive environment
Required Qualifications:
- Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent
- Sound experience in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Comprehensive knowledge of child development, attachment, and learning theories
