Your next opportunity lies at Peppertree Quarry, where we are seeking a dedicated and skilled Mobile Plant Equipment Operator to join our team. In this permanent, full-time position, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our quarry's mobile and fixed plant equipment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Operating front-end loaders and other quarry mobile plant as required (Haul Truck, Excavator, and/or Dump Truck)
  • Safe operation of both fixed and mobile crushing plant
  • Performing basic maintenance and plant housekeeping tasks
  • Actively participating in problem-solving and continuous improvement activities
  • Contributing to safety initiatives including pre-starts, toolboxes, and incident reporting

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Experience in operating mobile plant equipment (sales loader experience is highly regarded)
  • Quarry experience is an advantage, but not essential
  • A strong commitment to safety and quality, with self-motivation and ability to work effectively within a team
  • Availability to work Monday to Saturday
