Mobile Mining Equipment Maintenance Expert

As a Lifecycle Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting our customers throughout the lifecycle of mobile mining equipment.
This includes participating in data development, executing planning for parts commitments, working with sales and category teams to deliver defined supply of parts, and engaging in planning activities to capture customer maintenance execution and feedback.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize expert knowledge of mobile mining equipment to develop strategy and task bills of materials.
- Execute planning of parts commitments suitable to agreed supply through forecasting and delivery supported by collaboration with logistics teams.
- Work with sales and category teams to deliver defined and agreed supply of parts to customer sites.
- Participate in review of Customer parts planning requirements suitable to intended supply.
- Engage in Planning activities to capture customer maintenance execution and feedback ensuring continuous improvement, efficiency, and cost control.
Requirements:
- Trade qualified with relevant knowledge and experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of mobile mining equipment inventory planning practices, and planning and scheduling maintenance practices.
- Intermediate to advanced computer systems literacy and intermediate Office 365 skills Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Word.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
- Availability to travel up to 10%.
