Job Title

As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for providing expert support in project planning and controls. Our ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Project Controller/Project Scheduler/Cost Schedule Analyst, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders both internal and external.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply specialist toolset knowledge in Primavera P6, Cobra, and Oracle to provide support to other professionals.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and associated WBS Dictionaries.
  • Establish and maintain approved cost and schedule Project Management Baselines.
  • Manage/Process approved baseline changes.
  • Develop and maintain control account structures and associated Responsibility Assignment Matrices (RAM).
  • Undertake detailed planning activities, including rolling wave planning and developing Control Account Plans (CAP).
  • Contribute to monthly reporting activities, capturing actuals, status, Estimates to Complete (ETC), and variance analysis.

About You

  • Have previous experience in cost management with COBRA (preferred).
  • A strong understanding of Earned Value Management principles.
  • Experience in scheduling/planning with Primavera P6 (preferred) or Open Plan.
  • The ability to interact effectively with stakeholders both internal and external.
