Centre Director Opportunity

Our Early Childhood Centre is seeking a visionary leader to drive the success of our new centre. As a key figure in early childhood education, you will be responsible for establishing a culture that fosters excellence, building a dedicated team, and ensuring exceptional care and education.

  • Ensure exceptional care and education for children through collaborative planning and documentation.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: A Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education and Care is essential.
  • Leadership Experience: At least 2 years in a Director or leadership role within an early learning setting.
  • Assessment & Rating Expertise: Confidently navigate Assessment and Rating processes and possess a deep understanding of quality improvement.
  • Planning & Documentation: Develop effective plans and document learning outcomes.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Possess a strong working knowledge of the National Quality Standard (NQS), National Quality Framework (NQF), and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
  • Current Certifications: Hold valid certifications in First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Management, as well as a Food Safety Supervisor Certificate.
  • Faith-Based Commitment: Demonstrate a genuine commitment to supporting the inclusive Catholic environment of the centre.

Working With Children Check (WWCC): We're a Child Safe Organisation committed to protecting every child in our care. This role requires a WWCC clearance prior to commencement.
