Our Early Childhood Centre is seeking a visionary leader to drive the success of our new centre. As a key figure in early childhood education, you will be responsible for establishing a culture that fosters excellence, building a dedicated team, and ensuring exceptional care and education.

- Key Responsibilities:
- Establish a values-based culture and implement policies that promote excellence.
- Lead and develop a high-performing centre team.
- Ensure exceptional care and education for children through collaborative planning and documentation.
- Work closely with leadership and inclusion support teams to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:
- Qualifications: A Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education and Care is essential.
- Leadership Experience: At least 2 years in a Director or leadership role within an early learning setting.
- Assessment & Rating Expertise: Confidently navigate Assessment and Rating processes and possess a deep understanding of quality improvement.
- Planning & Documentation: Develop effective plans and document learning outcomes.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Possess a strong working knowledge of the National Quality Standard (NQS), National Quality Framework (NQF), and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
- Current Certifications: Hold valid certifications in First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Management, as well as a Food Safety Supervisor Certificate.
- Faith-Based Commitment: Demonstrate a genuine commitment to supporting the inclusive Catholic environment of the centre.
Working With Children Check (WWCC): We're a Child Safe Organisation committed to protecting every child in our care. This role requires a WWCC clearance prior to commencement.
