- Prepare and present monthly and quarterly financial reports, including NOI variance analysis and CAPEX forecasts, providing actionable insights for business growth.
- Maintain and reconcile property balance sheets and fixed asset registers, guaranteeing accuracy and integrity.
- Business partnering - Build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Support group reporting and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, driving excellence across the organization.
- Requirements
- Commercial Property experience is ESSENTIAL, requiring expertise in finance, accounting, or a related discipline.
- Degree qualified in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline, with a focus on analytical skills and attention to detail.
- CPA/CA qualified, demonstrating a commitment to professional development and excellence.
- Minimum 3 years' post-qualification experience in commercial or retail property accounting, showcasing a proven track record of success.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, combined with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Experience with property management systems, enhancing technical expertise and ability to translate finance to non-finance stakeholders.
