Senior Associate Job

We are looking for a highly skilled professional to lead our contaminated land consultancy in Sydney.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead complex projects and mentor a high-performing team of experts
  • Drive technical excellence, growth and innovation in the field
  • Build strong client relationships and develop sector strategies

As a Senior Associate, you will be responsible for working on high-impact contaminated sites and remediation projects, leading full lifecycle site assessments and shaping strategy.

About This Role

Previous experience in a consultancy environment is essential. You will have deep expertise in providing technical leadership and strategic advice to clients while managing multiple high-profile projects.

  • Exceptional understanding of the NSW contaminated land regulatory framework and its application
  • Experience in leading subcontractors on multiple sites in both assessment and remediation activities
  • Strong ability to identify and manage risk on substantial projects
  • Experience in managing client funding and related targets

Your Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:
