Job Title: Expert Dynamics 365 Finance Consultant

Are you an experienced professional seeking a challenging role in finance operations?

We are looking for a skilled and accomplished D365 FinOps Functional Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing expert-level functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and its core modules.

Key Responsibilities
  • Functional Expertise & System Configuration
    • Lead the design and implementation of solutions that align with the organisation's strategic objectives.
    • Translate complex business needs into clear functional specifications and solution architectures.
    • Manage and configure system elements such as workflows, forms, entities, business rules, and security roles.
  • Business Process Optimisation
    • Lead cross-functional teams to co-design and deliver process improvements enabled by technology.
    • Identify opportunities to streamline, automate, or standardise business processes.
  • Project Delivery & Business-as-Usual (BAU) Support
    • Take ownership of planning and delivering initiatives that impact multiple business areas.
    • Prepare documentation to support strategic decision-making and guide project execution.
    • Estimate effort and resources for new features, enhancements, and configuration changes.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Functional Support
    • Serve as a subject matter expert for executives, management, and governance groups.
    • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
    • Provide timely and expert-level support to end users, resolving functional issues and queries.
