Merchandise Planner Role

**Job Opportunity:**
We are seeking an experienced retail professional to join our team as a Merchandise Planner.
The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial background, with a proven track record in product management and inventory control. They will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to build effective product assortments, analyzing key performance indicators, and managing inventory health.
Key responsibilities:
- Support the development of commercial strategies for key product categories
- Collaborate with Category Management, Space Planning, and Marketing teams to build customer-centric assortments
- Track and analyze key merchandise KPIs to identify commercial opportunities
- Manage inventory levels, ensuring stock is adequate and aged or deleted stock is cleared
Requirements:
- Strong analytical thinking and commercial acumen
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience in retail operations, buying assistant, or commercial support
