We are seeking a skilled Retail Property Analyst to join our team in Australia. As part of our Capital & Middle Markets division, you will play a pivotal role in the analysis and marketing of major retail property transactions.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for providing market intelligence and financial insights to support successful outcomes.

  • Financial and cash flow modelling for retail assets
  • Preparing high-quality submissions and pitches
  • Coordinating technical and financial due diligence, including lease reviews and benchmarking
  • Researching market trends and maintaining key data sources
  • Supporting the development of new business opportunities
