Role Overview:

The Full Time Store Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a team of crew members at one of our stores. Key responsibilities include:

  • Crew leadership, management and administration
  • Meeting sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Maintaining store merchandising standards
  • Stock management and inventory control
  • Training, mentoring and coaching crew members to work towards goals and succession planning
  • Creating a culture that delivers exceptional customer service

About You:

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with excellent leadership skills, who can drive sales and achieve targets. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in leading and coaching a retail team
  • Exceptional people skills and ability to multitask and problem-solve
  • A self-motivated approach and confidence to take ownership of their store
