As the Manager of Payroll Governance & Operations, you will lead a team of professionals in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for our employees. You'll implement best practices, maintain compliance with regulatory standards, and drive continuous improvements in payroll systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership to the Payroll Governance & Operations team.
  • Oversee end-to-end payroll processes and ensure compliance with Enterprise Agreements and relevant legislation.
  • Implement governance policies, conduct regular audits, and address payroll discrepancies.
  • Identify opportunities for process automation and system enhancements.
  • Ensure data security and confidentiality while fostering employee satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Essential Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or a related field.
    • Certification in Payroll.
    • Minimum of 10 years of payroll management experience (healthcare sector desirable).
  • Desirable Experience:
    • Proficiency in SAP/SuccessFactors and related HR systems.
    • Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and labour laws.
    • Proven leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
    • Experience in process consolidation and standardisation.
