Job Overview

Our team seeks a Marketing & Communications Manager to spearhead the development of innovative marketing strategies and campaigns.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating seasonal brand marketing strategies, leading PR, social media, influencer, and content initiatives, driving engagement, and growing partnerships.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing seasonal brand marketing strategies and campaign calendars
  • Leading the planning and execution of PR, social media, influencer, and content strategies
  • Driving social engagement, growing influencer partnerships, and staying across emerging trends
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders, creative teams, and external agencies to deliver on-brand campaigns
  • Overseeing media relationships, PR initiatives, product launches, and industry events
  • Partnering with concession and retail partners to build strong joint marketing plans
  • Analysing campaign results and reporting on marketing effectiveness, social performance, and competitor activity
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A tertiary qualification or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Proven experience in brand strategy, PR, social media, and campaign management (retail or fashion industry highly regarded)
  • A creative yet commercial mindset, with a track record of delivering impactful, customer-focused campaigns
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a sharp eye for detail
  • A confident relationship builder with strong influencing skills across all levels
  • Insight into national and international retail, fashion, and marketing trends
