About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Cafe Operator to join our team at Mercy Health. As a Cafe Operator, you will be responsible for assisting with the daily operations of the onsite cafe, ensuring it is profitable and efficient, and meeting the needs of residents, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, heat, and serve light meals and snacks to cafe patrons
  • Assist with the daily operations of the onsite cafe
  • Actively embrace the small household living model, providing person-centered care

Requirements

  • Food Safety Handler – Level 1
  • Experience in cafe operations, including Barista and food preparation activities
  • Police record check
