Cafe Manager

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Cafe Operator to join our team at Mercy Health. As a Cafe Operator, you will be responsible for assisting with the daily operations of the onsite cafe, ensuring it is profitable and efficient, and meeting the needs of residents, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, heat, and serve light meals and snacks to cafe patrons
• Assist with the daily operations of the onsite cafe, ensuring it is profitable and efficient
• Actively embrace the small household living model, providing person-centered care

Requirements:

• Food Safety Handler - Level 1
• Experience in cafe operations, including Barista and food preparation activities
• Police record check

Preferred Qualifications:

• Barista qualifications

Other Requirements:

• A current Police Record Check
• Current COVID-19 certificate, proof of current influenza vaccination, and other vaccination status consistent with public health orders
