Flight Support Crew Member

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our flight support team as a crew member. In this exciting role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth operation of our flights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Safely load and unload aircraft with catering, carts, and ovens, identifying any discrepancies for follow-up.
  • Guide and position trucks in line with company, airport, and airline policies.
  • Communicate and coordinate with cabin crew for aircraft servicing and delivery handovers.
  • Coordinate with dispatch teams for timely aircraft allocations and flight deliveries.
  • Complete administrative documentation, reporting, and cleaning duties as required.
Requirements:
  • Clean MR or HR driver's license is mandatory.
  • Ability to perform frequent manual handling tasks.
  • Strive for a Safety First Mindset, being aware of surroundings and practicing proper techniques.
  • Flexibility working around flight schedules is essential.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Present yourself neatly and tidily.
  • A National Police Check must be obtained due to industry requirements.
  • Availability to work 38 hours/week, as this role is full-time and permanent.
