Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Performance Development Manager to join our team in South East Queensland North. As a key member of our leadership group, you will play a crucial role in supporting centre directors across the state to achieve exceptional performance and growth.

This is a highly rewarding opportunity for an experienced leader who can empower centre directors to drive results and foster a culture of excellence within their teams.

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance centre performance and capability
  • Collaborate with centre directors and state support teams to align support with centre needs
  • Monitor performance using data, observations, and insights
  • Work closely with expert services to uphold industry standards

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, collaborate, and coordinate across multiple functions and navigate complex situations
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of centre performance metrics
  • A sound knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQF)
  • Early Childhood Teaching qualification preferred
