We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team at Marble, a leading construction company based in the Northern Sydney region. As an Estimator, you will play a key role in project success by preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for tenders and bids.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain cost databases for materials, labour, and equipment
  • Analyze project plans, specifications, and blueprints to determine quantities needed
  • Obtain quotes from subcontractors and suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness
  • Conduct thorough material takeoffs to determine quantities needed
  • Review and analyze bids from subcontractors and suppliers to identify potential cost risks
  • Prepare and present cost reports to project managers and clients
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience as an Estimator in the construction industry
  • Construction-related degree
  • Experience managing tenders from start to finish autonomously
  • Knowledge of construction trends, materials, and costs
