Senior Workday Consultant Role Overview: As a seasoned expert in HR systems, you will be responsible for designing and implementing industry-leading solutions that streamline customer workflows. Job Description:

Our ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with system design and implementation, including generating client briefs and collaborating with stakeholders to transform those briefs into cutting-edge HCM solutions.

This role requires a strong consultative approach to guide clients and internal discussions towards agreement on solutions in a timely manner. You should also be highly self-motivated and flexible in a fast-paced environment where change is the norm.

A key aspect of this position is participating in functional/integrations/data cross-team meetings, documenting issues, decisions, and action items from initiation and architect sessions, and unit testing configuration while building and smoke testing prior to hand-off to the client.

In addition, you will support customers as initial responders to questions/issues during the project lifecycle, which includes unit testing (P1), end-to-end testing (P2), UAT testing, parallel testing (P3), deployment, and post-go-live phases.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Deep experience in HCM systems, preferably Workday.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to synthesize information into clear, concise messages.
  • Proven consultative skills to guide client and internal discussions toward agreement on solutions in a timely manner.
  • Hands-on experience with system design and implementation, including generating client briefs and collaborating with stakeholders.
  • Experience with translating business requirements into system requirements.
