Product Development Role

We are seeking a skilled Product Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality garments that meet our customers' expectations.

The Product Developer will work closely with the production team to ensure seamless communication and efficient project delivery. Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with designers to develop innovative product concepts
  • Conducting fabric research and sourcing suitable materials
  • Maintaining daily communication with suppliers to guarantee timely delivery of raw materials
  • Assisting the production team with cost estimations and budget management
  • Preparing garments for photoshoots and ensuring they meet quality standards

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree in Product Development or Fashion Design
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the fashion industry
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator) and Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong understanding of garment construction principles and design fundamentals
  • Passion for fashion and design, with a keen interest in the surf/street lifestyle
