Parts Logistics Support Specialist with Inventory Expertise

About the Role
This key position supports our logistics operations by ensuring alignment with global standards.
The specialist will be responsible for ensuring procedures are followed, key performance indicators (KPIs) are met, and documentation complies with quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess cases raised by dealers, investigate and process their claims daily.
- Request and inspect returned parts from dealers, approving and finalising credits for payment.
- Reporting on high value damage claims.
- Liaising with warehouse and transport suppliers to resolve dealer issues such as order discrepancies, damaged parts, late deliveries, misdirected freight and credit returns.
What We're Looking For:
- Knowledge of automotive parts for inventory operations.
- Credits, accounts, quality or administration experience.
- Strong commitment to follow-ups for logistics compliance issues.
- Previous experience with auditing, quality assurance and reporting desirable.
