Quality Assurance Leadership Position

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance professional to lead and manage our Testing and Quality Assurance functions across the assigned team.

This role ensures the strategic and operational delivery of risk changes at a high level. You will be responsible for driving initiatives to standardize and enhance QA practices, implementing best practices, and ensuring consistency and efficiency.

As a Quality Assurance Leader, you will evaluate and adopt modern testing tools, refine methodologies, and develop robust templates aligned with industry standards. This role involves fostering a culture of quality throughout the delivery lifecycle and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely testing phases.

You will provide guidance and support to QA team members, helping them develop their skills and knowledge in testing practices. You will assess the performance of QA team members, setting clear goals and providing constructive feedback. Create development plans to help individuals achieve their full potential and align their growth with business objectives.

  • Lead, manage, and develop a team of QA professionals.
  • Contribute towards uplifting and implementing QA Roadmap initiatives cross-functional and non-functional streams.
  • Collaborate with other members of the Delivery Teams to understand project/program QA resource requirements.
  • Manage influential stakeholder relationships, negotiations, and leadership across multiple segments and geographies.

You will have a minimum of 3 years QA Practice management and leadership experience in the financial services industry and a formal QA certification. You will also have excellent communication skills to effectively engage with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.

- Lead a team of QA professionals to deliver high-quality products and services.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs.

- Evaluate and recommend new testing tools and technologies.

- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the QA team.

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of QA management and leadership experience in the financial services industry.

- Formal QA certification.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
