Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Education Specialist to join our team.

As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and delivering innovative training programs and solutions to medical, nursing, and healthcare staff in hospitals across Victoria and Tasmania.

Your primary focus will be on creating and implementing education and in-service training programs for both new and existing customers. You will also be responsible for project implementation and delivering large-scale training programs.

In addition, you will provide clinical support and deliver training to internal teams, conduct market and competitor analysis, and share updates with the organization.

Requirements:

To be eligible for this role, you must have:

  • Registered Nurse qualifications with current Div. 1 AHPRA Registration.
  • Several years of acute hospital nursing experience.
  • Clinical experience in ED, ICU, CCU, HDU, Peri-operative, and Anesthetics preferred.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to engage others in learning.
  • Excellent time and project management skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to think on your feet and apply problem-solving skills.
