Advanced Nursing Practitioner

As a highly skilled registered nurse, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional patient care and advanced nursing assessment.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnoses to inform effective treatment plans
- Order and interpret relevant pathology and radiological tests to support patient outcomes
- Provide high-quality telehealth consults to patients across various settings
- Refer patients to specialist healthcare professionals as needed
- Manage patient care transitions with seamless coordination
- Prescribe and administer approved medications in accordance with clinical guidelines
- Participate in regular peer review and quality improvement initiatives
- Contribute to the development of healthcare services through collaborative team efforts
Requirements for Success:
- Compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures
- Maintenance of current immunization certification
- Current AHPRA registration and Registered Nurse endorsement
- Eligibility to participate under Medicare arrangements
