Job Title: Site Operations Specialist

Our organization is seeking a skilled Site Operations Specialist to join our team in Singapore. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a challenging role and contribute to the success of our projects.

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual who can effectively manage construction activities, progress, and site staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating and supervising site staff, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Developing and implementing site plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies to meet project objectives.
  • Maintaining accurate records of site activities, including daily reports, progress updates, and issue tracking.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and subcontractors, to ensure seamless project execution.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the construction industry, preferably in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects, with a strong focus on quality, safety, and timelines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with staff at all levels.

Benefits:

This is a full-time, permanent position offering a competitive salary range of $6,000 - $10,000 per month. Additional benefits include:

Work Environment:

The successful candidate will be required to work on-site in Singapore, with occasional travel to project sites as needed. A reliable means of transportation is essential.
