Concrete Production Team Lead

About this role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Concrete Production Supervisor to join our team at our Billinudgel / Brunswick Heads plant. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our concrete production systems.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in building, construction, or logistics, with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. They will be process-driven, with a high level of motivation and ability to work unsupervised.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
- Supporting and displaying a strong safety culture at all times
- Production of concrete using multiple systems and processes
- Allocating and assigning loads to drivers
- Stock management and coordination of deliveries
- Managing contractors carrying out site maintenance
- Yard maintenance and front-end loader operation
- Forklift operation and manual handling of bagged products
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to navigate computer programs and have intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Word & Excel or Google Docs. They will be physically fit and able to perform all duties associated with the position.

About you
You will be a self-motivated team player who is passionate about safety and has a strong work ethic. You will be results-focused, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure. A driver's license and own transport are essential, with FEL & FL competencies highly regarded.
