Facilities Operations Director

We seek an accomplished professional to oversee the management of a diverse portfolio of facilities, driving optimal functionality and resource allocation.
**Responsibilities:**
- Oversight of daily operations, encompassing maintenance, repairs, and security.
- Implementation of comprehensive facilities management strategies to ensure seamless facility operation.
- Regular inspections to identify maintenance needs, safety concerns, and potential enhancements.
- Collaboration with external vendors, contractors, and service providers for coordination of repairs, renovations, and upgrades.
- Budget management, financial forecasting, and procurement processes related to facility management.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and standards pertaining to facility management and safety.
**Requirements:
- Tertiary education or relevant experience in a Facilities Management role.
- Trade qualification in Electrical or Mechanical.
- Relevant experience in Technical Facilities is highly desirable.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Negotiation skills and ability to liaise with key stakeholders.
- Understanding of building codes and safety procedures.
