About This Role

As a senior leader, you will oversee and guide our dedicated experiential and sampling teams. Your focus will be on activations and sampling strategies. You will require expertise in strategic leadership, project execution, resource allocation, and team management.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage comprehensive project planning for activation and sampling initiatives from proposal to execution and reporting.
  • Oversee budgeting and resource distribution to ensure efficient use of resources and successful project outcomes.
  • Maintain strict adherence to all processes and deliver projects on time while upholding high standards.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve production processes for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide guidance and expertise as a senior resource to sampling and production teams.
New Business Growth
  • Develop and pursue new business opportunities by leveraging your network and strong market presence.
  • Create and present strategic proposals to potential clients to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with creative and leadership teams to refine pitches and strengthen market positioning.
  • Stay informed about the latest industry trends and forecasts to maintain a competitive edge and identify new opportunities.
Leadership Development
  • Mentor and manage a diverse team, fostering a collaborative work environment that promotes innovation and excellence.
  • Support team members' professional development by setting career goals and conducting regular performance reviews.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills and contributing to the growth of your team's knowledge base.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to motivate and guide them towards achieving objectives.
  • Share your expertise with AU and NZ teams when required, focusing on education and skill-building.
Operational Excellence and Compliance
  • Coordinate event schedules, workflow, project execution, and training to ensure readiness and compliance.
  • Sources new suppliers, briefs, and manages the team to deliver high-quality results.
  • Coordinates logistics, including asset movement, freight, project delivery, and onsite setup/pack-down in collaboration with production and sampling teams.
  • Identifies opportunities for process improvement, contributing to system efficiencies and onboarding tools.
