About the Job

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Design Manager to support the creative direction and execution of innovative product design across key customer touchpoints within the aviation environment.

  • This role involves collaborating with internal and external partners to deliver high-quality product design solutions.
  • The successful candidate will have strong leadership and team management skills, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years' experience in product design and innovation, ideally in the airline or aviation industry. They will also have a strong background in Design Thinking and Human-Centred Design practices.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • To lead innovation and creative direction in product design across multiple physical customer experience touchpoints.
  • To collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver innovative and high-quality product design solutions.
  • To apply Design Thinking and Human-Centred Design practices to ensure customers are at the forefront of all product innovations.
What You'll Need
  • 8+ years' experience in product design and innovation, ideally in the airline or aviation industry.
  • Strong background in Design Thinking and Human-Centred Design practices.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously.
  • Strong verbal, written, and visual communication and collaboration skills.
