You have the opportunity to lead water infrastructure projects from planning to completion. Delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards is a key responsibility of this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage complex water infrastructure projects including pipelines, pump stations, storage reservoirs, and water treatment plants;
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful project delivery;
  • Mentor junior engineers and designers to develop their skills and knowledge;
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external clients;
  • Contribute to the growth of our talent pipeline through mentoring and coaching;
To be successful in this role, you will require:

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and professional registration;
  • Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects and meeting delivery requirements in the water industry;
  • A future leader with an interest in succession and long-term growth;
  • Ability to work collaboratively at both an internal and external level, developing new client relationships and maintaining existing networks;
  • Ability to guide and mentor junior engineers and designers;
