Aircraft Maintenance Technician Job

Job Description:

  • This position involves performing various tasks related to the maintenance and repair of aircraft mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic systems.
  • The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent, as well as a valid FAA Mechanic's Certificate with Airframe and Powerplant rating.
  • Minimum three years' experience in business jet maintenance environment is required, preferably on Falcon aircraft.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting and maintaining mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and/or electronic systems on all models of corporate aircraft. The technician must be able to work efficiently and maintain quality standards.

Some of the key responsibilities include:

  1. Performing tasks as required by the work scope with efficiency and to quality standards.
  2. Utilizing technical data relative to work performed.
  3. Maintaining good housekeeping practices using a 5S system.
  4. Focusing on Human Factors in the workplace and driving towards zero defects in workmanship and safety.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • FAA Mechanic's Certificate with Airframe and Powerplant rating.
  • Three years' experience in business jet maintenance environment, preferably on Falcon aircraft.
  • Demonstrated organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
