Nursing Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in Child and Family Health. As a key member of the multidisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality, evidence-based care to children aged 0–5 years and their families.

This role involves assessment, early intervention, referral, health promotion and education, all delivered through a strengths-based family partnership approach aligned with the principles of Primary Health Care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide person-centered nursing care that is culturally sensitive to people accessing health services.
  • Work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.
  • Organise and prioritise work to meet the needs of patients and families.
Requirements:
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1) with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Authority (AHPRA).
  • Demonstrated recent experience and clinical skill in provision of care to children aged 0-5 years and their families/carers as a registered nurse.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
