We are seeking a Housekeeping Assistant to provide exceptional cleanliness and presentation services for guests at our luxurious castle.
You will be working in a unique and beautifully restored environment, creating memorable experiences for visitors from around the world.
As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout our bedrooms, bathrooms, and public areas.
Responsibilities- Cleaning and maintaining bedrooms and bathrooms to an extremely high standard
- Cleaning and tidying public areas ready for guests
- Restocking guest room supplies
- Engaging with guests where required to ensure their comfort and satisfaction
- Reporting maintenance deficiencies to the supervisor
This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive team and develop your skills in housekeeping. You will receive full training and be part of a team that is passionate about delivering refined and personalised hospitality.
We offer a competitive package including additional share of service charge and tips every month, 28 days holiday (pro rata), and complimentary stay at the castle after three months.
