We are seeking Personal Care Assistants to join our team at Victoria Grange Aged Care, a 104-bed aged care residence that provides state-of-the-art care using our Better Together model.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Provide a range of support and personal care services to our residents
* Ensure detailed documentation is updated
* Build and maintain strong relationships within our team, with our customers and family members
* Adhere to health and safety guidelines and policies to keep yourself and our residents safe
About You:
* You will align to our Values of Bold, Warm and Honest
* You will be able to demonstrate empathy and the ability to provide excellent care for your residents
* You hold Relevant qualifications such as a Certificate III in Individual Support, Certificate III in Disability etc
* You have a current Australian Driver's License and ownership of a reliable vehicle
