- Develop and oversee the global legal entity structure to meet business goals.
- Manage intercompany arrangements, including intellectual property, services, and transfer pricing.
- Lead restructurings, entity formations, and simplifications across markets.
- Collaborate on bespoke transactions across financing, M&A, joint ventures, and infrastructure development.
- Lead the structuring of leasing models (true lease/synthetic), site, and customer deal arrangements, and financing vehicles.
- Work closely with Capital Markets, Legal, Finance, and Business Development teams to create executable deal frameworks.
- 10-15 years' experience in structuring, tax, legal or transaction services from investment banking, Big 4, private equity, or in-house roles.
- Detailed knowledge of cross-border tax, corporate, and financing structures (Australia, US, Canada preferred).
- Experience in infrastructure, data centre, or asset-heavy technology sectors desirable.
- A strategic thinker with strong execution capability and experience dealing with C-suite and external advisors.
