Chief Financial Officer

Frensham Schools is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Finance to join our Executive Leadership team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping the financial direction of our organization and ensuring the long-term sustainability of our schools.

• Manage the accounting and financial functions of the schools, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Develop and implement financial reporting frameworks, including budget formulation and financial management processes.
• Lead finance, business, and project functions, providing strategic advice to the Board and Head of School.
• Oversee risk and compliance management processes, ensuring the organization operates in compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Provide advice on business development and strategic direction to the Board and Head of School.

• Tertiary qualification in Business, with a strong understanding of finance and business functions.
• CPA/CA certification, with experience in finance, human resources, risk, and compliance.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
