Frensham Schools is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Finance to join our Executive Leadership team. As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in shaping the financial direction of the Schools and ensuring the effective management of our resources.

• Manage the accounting and financial functions of the Schools, ensuring timely and professional financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to ensure the Schools' financial sustainability and efficiency.
• Provide financial advice and guidance to the Head, Board, and Executive team on strategic planning, budgeting, and financial management.
• Oversee the management of risk and compliance, ensuring the Schools operate in accordance with regulatory requirements and industry best practice.
• Lead and manage a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the effective delivery of financial services.

• Tertiary qualification in Business or a related field.
• CPA/CA certification.
• Proven experience in finance, human resources, risk and compliance, general administration, team management, strategic planning, and governance.
• Strong understanding of the finance and business functions relating to Independent Education.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively engage, consult, and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
