Graphic Design Brand Lead Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Design Brand Lead to join our Marketing team. This newly created role will be responsible for creating quality branded assets that support initiatives across the foundation.

The successful candidate will have at least 3 years' experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing brand-led creative work that aligns to strategic goals and proven experience owning and evolving brand guidelines across digital and print.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Synthesizing business objectives into compelling visual narratives.
  • Developing robust asset management systems and self-serve assets.
  • Oversight of brand guideline application, briefs and approvals.

The ideal candidate will have advanced skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva and Figma, as well as experience designing for both organic and paid digital channels (social media, display ads, email, web). Experience with video editing and motion design is desirable.
