Culinary Expertise Required
\We are seeking a skilled professional to join our kitchen team. As a Chef De Partie, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with a talented team to prepare exquisite dishes that meet our high culinary standards.
About the Role:
Responsibilities- Prepare and cook a range of fine dining dishes in line with our expectations
- Contribute new ideas and dishes to the menu with the Executive Chef and team members
- Manage daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth section setup
- Comply with food safety and hygiene regulations (HACCP)
- Lead by example and work independently when required
- Monitor food quality during preparation
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-4 years' experience in a similar fine dining or hotel-style restaurant setting
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (preferable)
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and current food trends
- Excellent communication skills, energy, and a professional attitude
- Ability to remain organized and composed in high-pressure situations
- Full, unlimited working rights in Australia
