Key Responsibilities:
- To administer medication as prescribed by healthcare professionals
- To provide wound management and support residents' overall wellbeing
- To supervise and manage the standard of care delivered to residents
- To work collaboratively with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualised care plans
Requirements:
- Current unrestricted registration with AHPRA
- Minimum 600 paid working hours in Australia based in aged care industry
- Flu vaccination up-to-date
- Covid-19 vaccinated and booster shot current
- National Police Clearance
- NDIS Clearance
- First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Manual Handling Certificate
- Medication Safety and Calculations knowledge
