Lead and Inspire Santa Photography Teams

Create lasting memories for families by driving performance and delivering exceptional customer experiences during the festive season. Collaborate closely with Santa to capture magical moments, ensuring customers have a memorable experience.

You will be responsible for managing sites in the Nowra Region, working effectively with diverse family backgrounds and ages. A keen eye for detail and quick thinking are essential to provide creative solutions and ensure everything runs smoothly.

This opportunity allows you to develop your customer service and photography skills in a fast-paced environment with flexible hours and comprehensive training provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bring joy to families through infectious enthusiasm and a warm smile
  • Use attention to detail to create cherished photos and memories that families will treasure
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to families of diverse backgrounds and ages
  • Provide creative solutions and think on your feet to ensure seamless operations

Requirements:

  • Available to work rostered hours from late October through December
  • Ability to work with children and animals in our pet photography sessions
