Christmas Experience Team Leader Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated team leader to lead our Christmas experience team in the Wollongong region. As a chief elf, you will inspire and motivate your team to deliver exceptional visitor experiences.

About the Role:

  • Lead and motivate your team to deliver top-notch visitor experiences
  • Manage daily operations, rosters, and workflow
  • Welcome families and maintain a joyful atmosphere
  • Bring energy and positivity, even on busiest days
  • Evaluate each family's photo moment with Santa and ensure it is of high quality, creating lasting memories for visitors

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate your team to deliver exceptional visitor experiences
  2. Operational Management: Manage daily operations, rosters, and workflow
  3. Family Engagement: Welcome families and maintain a joyful atmosphere
  4. Santa Experience: Evaluate each family's photo moment with Santa and ensure it is of high quality, creating lasting memories for visitors

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a team leader or similar role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and energy
