Job Title: Cost Manager

Turner & Townsend is seeking a skilled Cost Manager to join our team. As a Cost Manager, you will be responsible for delivering retail projects from feasibility to post-contract stages.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage project cost plans, including estimating, procurement, and contract activities.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, tools, and templates to meet project deliverables.
  • Provide cost advice to clients for budgeting purposes, including cost planning for new stores and renewals.
  • Manage project deliverables across different stages within a large programme of works.
  • Oversee multiple projects within the retail sector, including supermarkets and metro workstreams.
Requirements:
  • Recognised degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in cost planning and project management.
  • Strong client-facing skills and ability to manage projects independently.
  • Proficiency in CostX software.
  • Valid driving license.
