We are currently on the search for a qualified Diesel Technicians / Mechanics to join our Truck Bay workshop on either a 5x2 (Monday to Friday) or 7x7 (Wednesday to Tuesday 6am-6pm) roster.

**About the Role:**

You will be reporting to the Service Supervisor and assisting with the repairs and maintenance of all types of On Highway Truck engines. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Troubleshooting and repairing of all types of On Highway Truck engines
  • Following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Completing detailed service reports for all jobs
  • Maintaining a safe working environment and ensuring customer satisfaction and value for money
  • Providing guidance to Trade Assistants and Apprentices in their day-to-day duties.

**What We Are Looking For:**

To be considered for this role, you will have the following skills, experience, and attributes:

  • Experience repairing, rebuilding, and refurbishing Cat engines
  • A strong commitment to safety, health, and the environment
  • Familiarity of Caterpillar computer diagnostics (highly regarded)
  • Current heavy vehicle license (desirable)
