At Centurion, we're embarking on an exciting organisational change within the People team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing and updating policies and procedures, providing advice on performance management, and coaching stakeholders to build sustainable high-performing teams across the business.

You'll collaborate with teams to plan and deliver mechanisms aligning people with company goals and objectives, including talent, performance, and remuneration reviews.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor of Business or equivalent in human resources or similar people-related qualification, 2-5 years' experience in a Human Resources generalist position, and exposure to Modern Awards and Fair Work Act.

We're looking for someone with analytical skills for the analysis of HR data, identifying trends and presenting reports. If you're a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, we'd love to hear from you.
