Main Responsibilities:- Project Leadership: Direct and manage project development from initiation to completion.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement project management strategies and processes to ensure efficient project execution.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage project teams.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Proven team leadership and mentoring skills.
