**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Fleet Engineering Operations Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a capable and motivated team to provide safe, sustainable, and customer-focused fleet-related services.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading and supporting the Fleet Engineering team, including mentoring, priority planning, and staff development. You will establish and maintain fit-for-purpose, safe, cost-effective, and compliant fleet standards.

You will also develop and manage Capex budget plans, monitor performance, and provide analysis and reporting. Additionally, you will oversee project management, design, and engineering activities, ensuring compliance with Heavy Vehicle National Law (HVNL).

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support the Fleet Engineering team.
  • Establish and maintain fleet standards.
  • Develop and manage Capex budget plans.
  • Oversee project management and engineering activities.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline, e.g., Mechanical or Business Diploma.
  • C Vehicle licence up to 4.5 tonnes gross vehicle mass (GVM).
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar/professional role within the Energy/Electrical/Transport/Utilities/Manufacturing Industry.
  • Desirable - knowledge of SAP for reporting critical fleet data.
